Because guessing games waste everyone's time. After 45 years we know what our work costs, so we say it up front. You decide before we drive out.

How do I know which tier I need?

Tell dispatch what the job is and we'll recommend the right level. If a Helper can handle it, we won't send a Technician.

Is the $80 truck charge per hour?

No — it's a one-time charge per visit, added once no matter how long the job takes.

Do you subcontract the work?

Never. Every person who shows up is a Tross employee, background-checked and covered by our insurance.
